"Summer Concert Lineup"Every summer the nights heat up with Universal Studios and their summer concert series. The series takes place on Saturday nights and it runs from June 9 through July 14th. There is an exciting line up this year and it is sure to meet all music lovers need for concerts.

You can enjoy admission to these rocking concerts with the price of your admission ticket from the day. These take place by the parks and are sure to draw you in. After enjoying the day at the park you can relax and listen to some of your favorite tunes. The line up is almost complete so be sure to keep an eye out for when it is.

"E is for Epcot"While visiting Disney World, one of the first places that visitors suggest you go is Disney’s Epcot. This is mainly because when you take younger children to the Magic Kingdom, they generally don’t want to go anywhere else. Epcot offers a wonderful attraction for children of all ages but older teens and adults find it more enjoyable.

Marvel’s “Avengers” Making a Huge Splash

"Avengers Huge Success"Looking at the $4.2 billion dollar price tag that Disney paid for the Marvel business pales in comparison to seeing the profits rolling in from the movie’s worldwide debut. People all over are raving about the wonderful movie and Disney is excited about the long term future this company has.

When the movie debuted domestically it pulled in $207 million in the first weekend. That’s just part of over $775 million it has pulled worldwide since being released. This movie is the first Marvel Disney movie that has been released since Disney purchased the company in 2009.

Disney Grants to Help Central Florida Children

"Disney Gives Back"The “happiest place on Earth” is reaching out to help the community surrounding it. Disney released this week that they will be giving out a record $1.5 million to help the children of Central Florida.

These grants will go to separate organizations around the Orlando and Central Florida areas that help children. One organization that has been named as receiving a grant is the Orlando Repertory Theatre. This is an organization that helps to spark children to create through art, music and theater.

When you add the opportunity to dine with your children’s favorite characters, it takes the fun to another level. There are many opportunities to allow your children to meet their favorites up close and personal.

One way to do that is to set reservations for the many character dining opportunities. There are opportunities to dine with the princesses at Disney, Sesame Street favorites at Busch Gardens and many others. These typically go fast so making reservations ahead of time is highly recommended. In some cases it is the only way to get into these very popular dining times.

Discover Disney’s Boardwalk

"Disney Boardwalk"When checking out Disney World so many people immediately only think about the theme parks. While this is the huge draw to Disney, there are some wonderful areas that don’t charge admission but offer tons of fun. One of those places is the Disney Boardwalk area.

Here you’ll find shopping, dining and beautiful architecture to admire. Walk through the boardwalk area and be close to the resorts and two of the theme park gates. Right close by is the entrance to Disney’s Epcot. This beautiful area was modeled after famous boardwalks along the coast like Coney Island.

Disney Channel and Disney XD Casting Calls

"Casting Call"If your child can act, sing or dance they are invited to come to the Disney and Disney XD casting calls set in Kansas City Missouri on May 26th. There’s no fee to audition but there is a parking fee around the Kansas City Convention center where auditions are held.

Every year casting calls are held to find new talent for the many different original movies and shows that Disney puts on. Casting representatives go out to find new talent to help children follow their dreams of acting, singing or dancing. They have the Disney channel which is 24 hours of child and family friendly entertainment. Disney XD is geared for children ages 6-14 and especially the boys in that age group. This channel works to foster the nature of boys to explore, discover and their love of humor.
